The 2023 edition takes place at the Montréal Convention Center (1001 Place. Jean-Paul-Riopelle Montréal, QC H2Z 2B3).
The 2023 edition will take place from May 16 to 17.
The programming is held between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and the doors will be open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Our conferences will be held primarily in English.

It will not be possible to purchase at the door. However, online ticket sales will remain available until May 16 (by end of the day).

Yes, the event is fully accessible to wheelchairs and has a number of spaces to allow visitors to sit. Some calmer spaces are also made available for those wanting a bit of quiet. Please contact us if you have specific needs or would require a different kind of assistance.
Stations containing disinfectant and masks will be available on site. In addition, CAFÉ is committed to following the health recommendations put in place by the government at the time of the event.
You will have access to technical conferences, booth crawls, coffee counters, living spaces, R&D activity and closing party.

From 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
In the living spaces, you can meet and chat between conferences, and talk around a table. The space is accessible to everyone to work, network or simply relax.

The R&D activity is aimed at all people passionate about academic research and future trends. It is a round table activity between participants and panelists.
Everyone has free access for the closing party on a first-come, first-served basis. Places are limited and reservations are not possible.
CAFÉ welcomes everyone; professionals, creatives and students. There is also an Education Zone presented by our partner SYNTHÈSE targeting students more specifically.
